Caretakers has proudly kept seniors in their homes
with compassion and professionalism for over 23 years.

Caretakers founder, Steve Cobb, wanted to make a difference in elderly people’s lives. He knew lost independence, through the inability to do daily tasks, was forcing seniors to move from their homes long before they truly needed to. He also knew this was a solvable problem. So a vision was born.

Since then, Caretakers has kept countless aging couples and singles safe and happy in their own beloved surroundings through the use of Companions, Personal Care Attendents, and short-term medical coordination, if needed. Caretakers began with passion for the individual and remains just as committed today.

Because Caretakers has no minimum hours or contract required, over the decades our services have transitioned to include other adult care needs, such as: Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, stroke, flu outbreak and other life situations requiring everything from an hour or two relief care for loved ones, to full days, to vacation assistance – either at home or at the vacation site. We have also assisted patients or other adults needing helping hands after surgery.

Over the past 20-plus years we have worked diligently to earn the trust and respect of our clients and the community. We are proud to say we have achieved that goal and have been the preferred caregiving resource for families, physicians, and attorneys for over two decades
